How soon after a Breast enlargement can a person return to work?

A guy at work is having a Breast enlargement done in his quest to be a woman. How long will he be out of work?

1. Maybe around 3 weeks to a month. Its like getting a 6inch wound to heal. :]
2. depends on how big he is going and under or over the muscle and what kind of job it is. i had unders (of course im a chick though...so my pec muscles prolly arent as developed) and i prolly could have returned to a desk job in a week and a half or so. any manual labor would extend to about a month.
